Product Overview

The L/LL/KL Finned Tubes are engineered to enhance heat transfer efficiency through innovative design and material application. These finned tubes cater to various temperature and corrosion resistance requirements, offering optimal solutions across industries.

KL Finned Tube (Knurled Aluminum Tubing)

KL finned tubes are manufactured similar to L-Type tubes but with knurled surfaces on the base tube. This knurling enhances the bond between the tube and fins, resulting in excellent heat transfer performance. These tubes withstand temperatures up to 260°C, making them suitable for medium-temperature applications.

L Finned Tube

L finned tubes feature a fin strip shaped in an L form and tension wound around the tube's outer surface. The L-shape offers enhanced corrosion protection. It’s an economical choice for low-temperature applications, supporting temperatures up to 150°C.

LL Finned Tube

Similar to L-Type tubes, the LL variant includes an overlapping fin foot, providing better corrosion protection. These tubes operate at temperatures up to 180°C, offering increased durability in corrosive environments.

Advantages of L/LL/KL Finned Tubes

  • L Finned Tube: Ideal for low-temperature applications; cost-effective; allows for the easy removal and reuse of failed fins; compatible with thin-walled tubes without the need for helical grooves; corrosion-resistant up to 130°C.

  • LL Finned Tube: A cost-effective alternative to extruded fins in corrosive environments with a maximum operating temperature of 170°C.

  • KL Finned Tube: Offers corrosion and vibration resistance, withstanding temperatures up to 320°C. Provides high thermal performance with air corrosion protection.
