With four corner holes facilitating fluid movement, these plates are secured in a robust frame featuring a fixed plate and a movable pressing plate, all held in place with clamp bolts. The integrated gaskets ensure airtight seals, directing fluid flow alternately through designated passages to maximize heat exchange efficiency.

Design and Efficiency: The design of the heat exchanger is influenced by fluid flow characteristics, physical properties, pressure differentials, and temperature variations, dictating the number and size of the plates utilized.
