A) High-Frequency Welded Helical Finned Tubes

  • Sizes: Tube size ranges from 12.70mm to 50.8mm, with fin size between 7-11.5 fins per inch and a maximum fin height of 16mm.
  • Manufacturing Process: The fins are formed by winding an L-shaped strip around the tube and joined together to cover the finned surface completely, with both ends clamped for stability.
  • Advantages: Economical, capable of withstanding temperatures up to 130°C without risks of atmospheric corrosion or thermal stress.
