The Secretariat Congratulates Dewei Stainless on its "Golden Snake Soaring, Creating a New Chapter"
As the auspicious dragon bids farewell to the old year, the golden snake arrives to usher in new journeys. On the afternoon of January 19, Dewei Stainless Steel Pipe Industry Co., Ltd. held its Spring Festival annual meeting grandly in Jiaxing City. The Secretariat of the Association, led by Party Branch Secretary Gong Hongliang, attended to convey congratulations!
In 2024, under the leadership of Chairman Shen Genrong, Dewei Stainless faced challenges with determination and effort, achieving remarkable results. The company realized a stainless steel welded pipe sales volume of 62,500 tons, representing a 4% year-on-year increase, and for the first time, foreign trade exports surpassed 10,000 tons.
In addition to these achievements, Dewei Stainless also garnered multiple honors in 2024, including: Advanced Grassroots Party Organization in Jiaxing City; Zhejiang Provincial Enterprise Technology Center; Digital and Green Transformation Demonstration Enterprise in Nanhu District's manufacturing industry; Outstanding Case of Digital Transformation for Private Enterprises in Jiaxing; and Chairman Shen Genrong being elected as the seventh President of the Shanghai Steel Pipe Industry Association. The first national standard, “Welded Shaped Steel Pipes for Structural Use,” led by Dewei Stainless, has passed expert review and is now submitted for approval.
During the annual meeting, General Manager Hu Kailei reviewed the development journey of Dewei Stainless: The first decade from 2004 to 2014 was an initial growth phase, expanding from 0 to 10,000 tons; the second decade from 2014 to 2024 saw production increase from 10,000 to 60,000 tons, with an annual growth rate of 20%. Looking ahead to 2025, Dewey Stainless aims to implement its 3.0 Development Strategy Planning and embark on a soaring third decade in the external market.
In his speech, Chairman Shen Genrong expressed that Dewei Stainless will maintain its core values in its main business. The products will transition towards high quality and high added value, while the workforce will shift towards a professional team. He noted that 2025 will be the concluding year for the implementation of Dewei Stainless's "Third Five-Year Strategic Plan," aiming to reach new heights and achieve further success. The goal is to build Dewey into a renowned domestic stainless steel pipe intelligent manufacturing enterprise and an internationally recognized stainless steel pipeline system service provider.
